We understand that not everyone has been afforded the opportunity to explore wellness in their lives – so far. We strive to support and make space for all individuals, especially children and young people, and those facing significant inequalities to grow strong roots of connection and wellbeing.
Whether you’re looking for a space to grow, learn how to support behaviour and emotions, or simply relax, we’ve got something for everyone. From BUD Club, Yoga Warriors, and Wellbeing Warriors for young people, to Adult Yoga, our activities were designed to provide opportunities for connection, collaboration, and empowerment. Through these sessions, we focus on nurturing emotional safety, self-awareness, and resilience through a range of trauma-sensitive and relational practice. Outside of our regular activities, we work with a range of different people, projects, and communities within Plymouth, and are always looking to make new friends and connections. We love to chat, if there is something you cannot find on our website that you would love to know, please contact us.

The work of The Tree Project CIC is thanks to our past and current funders, National Lottery Awards For All, Plymouth Octopus Project (POP), Klemas Trust, The Outdoor Partnership, and the North Yard Community Trust.
